2013 Seasonal site are still available.
Many of our seasonal campers started out by staying with us for a day or two. When they realized they wanted to have their favorite site whenever they wanted, for as long or short a time as they wanted, they decided to become a “seasonal”. As a seasonal camper you can come at any time of the day or night, any day of the week, and stay for a day or the entire season. Your full service hookup site includes: Water, 30 amp electric, and weekly sewer collection. These sites are designed for RVs. There is plenty of room for slide outs, decks and screen rooms. And of course, as with all of our sites, a table and fire ring are included. Our season is open from April 27 to October 15.Seasonal campers have until October 31st to close down. While we don’t guarantee to keep the roads open during the winter, and we are closed, weather permitting you can visit your unit.
Not sure if seasonal camping is right for you! Try our spring special. Camp with us from opening day April 27 until May 20th for $150.00 plus metered electric. That 4 full week of camping!
If you decide that seasonal camping is right for you we will apply your $150.00 towards the remaining seasonal rent. You have nothing to loose. Cone out and give us a try!

We are located in a quiet rural area, only minutes away from beautiful Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes. We are surrounded by 100+ acres of groomed hiking trails through a wooded forest and a scenic 9 acre pond.
